He is survived by: his wife Jackie; his children, Leslie Ann Burke Neon (Rick) and Henry Bart (Stephanie) of Pikeville; his grandchildren, Jordan Ilic, Tyler Burke and Kaitlyne Burke; his great grandchild Madison Grace; and his siblings, Rokie, Doug The Villages (Janie), Sam, Cheryl Webb (late Cossie) and Marsha Howard (Hillard). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
