He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Fleta Mae Brown and Chester Brown of Whitco; his sons, Billy Ray Brown Jr. and Jason Michael Brown (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Tyler Young, Gavin Brown, Thayden Brown and Skye Brown; his siblings, Margaret Rose (Larry) of Payne Gap, Bruce B. Brown (Patty) of Smoot Creek, Chester Neil Brown of Madison Indiana, David Alan Brown of Thornton and Earnestine Brown; and his sister-in-law Jackie Brown.
