"Joey" Fulkerson of Louellen and Dale "DJ" Fulkerson, Jr.; her siblings, Sarah Quesenberry of Pell City, AL, Stella Mae Matthews of Richmond, IN and Jerry Blevins (Mandy) of Dayton, OH.; her nieces and nephews, Shelly Blevins Middleton, Corbin, David Cloud and Cotes; and her pet Brownie.
