He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Middleton and Billie Farmer Middleton; and his brothers-in-law, Delmar Lloyd, Roger Cloud and Bill Howard.
He is survived by: his wife Imogene Wilkinson Middleton; his daughter Billie Thompson (Grandville); his sisters, Sue Grant (Joe) and Cheryl Lloyd; his grandchildren, Sean, Nina, Jacob Cooper, John and Ethan Thompson; his sister-in-law Karen Braithwaite; and his nieces, Kathleen Braithwaite and Christy Adkins.
