She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Nottingham and Della Smiley Nottingham; her husband Chester Armstrong; her brothers, Floyd Nottingham (Marylin) and Charles Nottingham (Alene); and her siblings-in-law, Frances Armstrong, Ailene Armstrong, Laymon Hart and Clinton Armstrong (Dorthy).
She is survived by: her daughters, Danita Kiper and Gail Armstrong; her grandchildren, Michael Kiper, Pam Fulkerson (William) and Daniel Kiper; her great grandchild Sophia Fulkerson; her sister Ann Hart; and her brothers-in-law, JT Armstrong and Cecil Armstrong. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
