It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thelma Allen Self of Leitchfield, Kentucky, born in Grayson, Kentucky, who passed away on July 7, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Milliner and Pearl Minton Milliner; her husband Edward Earl Self; her son Dale Self; her grandson Ryan Dale Stinson; and her siblings, Ernest, Pete, Herchell, Leslie, Charles Milliner, Glennie Drane and Mable Milliner.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tammy Self Langdon (Mike) of Leitchfield and Mimi Self Stinson (Roger) of Leitchfield; her daughter-in-law Debbie Howard Self of Leitchfield; her grandchildren, Brad Stinson (Lizabeth), Amy Hatfield, Sara Cooper (Chad) and Shannon Welch; her great grandchildren, Blake Aubrey (Vanda), Bailey Swift (Holly), Eli Wayne and Emma Kate Cooper; her great great grandchildren, Anthony, Kenley and Hollis; and her brother Luis Milliner of Cecilia.
