He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel G Fey and Helen Fey (Higdon) of Louisville. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Fey (Alvey); his daughter Stevi Nicole (Tyler); his grandchildren, Hallie Kate, Dawson Colt and Samuel Jace; his pet Sam; and his sisters, Judy Wachtel (Dave) and Lisa Kleber (Greg) of Louisville. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, cousins and some very dear old friends.
