He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Nathan VanMeter and Angie Decker VanMeter; his wife Carolyn Sue VanMeter; his children, Linda Sanders (Larry), Randy, Jr. (Andrea) and Chuck VanMeter (Carina); and his grandchildren, Brandy Tomes, Angie Webb, Cindy Mangan, Travis VanMeter, Danielle Bishop, Kassey Reinheimer, Brianna VanMeter, Levi VanMeter, Nathan VanMeter, Caleb Fisher, Jacob Fisher and Shelbi Terry.
