Rackley (Shane) of Caneyville; his stepchildren, Chris Embry (Baillie) of Caneyville, Taeh Decker (Carey) of Caneyville and Candace Noelle Winchell of Leitchfield; his grandchildren, Lane Rackley, Lily Embry, Ella Ann Duggins, Kayla Webb, Ashley Franklin, Ethan Embry, Emily Embry, Ayden Embry, Landen Embry, Owen Embry, Annie Decker, Isaac Mudd, Ava Rose Mudd and Paige Winchell; his goddaughters, Misty Clark and Tammy Foreman; and his siblings, David Smith of Morgantown, Roy Smith of Leitchfield, Carolyn Entrekin of Willowee, Charles Smith of Millwood and Reaunetta Hatcher of Bowling Green.
