She is survived by: her children, Jerry Lee Hack (Betty), Ronnie Lee Hack (Melissa), Glendal Earl Hack (Karen) and Loretta Murray (late Mike); and her sisters, Myrtle and Hazel Hack. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, twenty-eight great-grandchildren, five great-great-grandchildren.
