She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Bill and Priscilla Farris Nash; her husbands, Frank Hack, Sr. and Larry Smiddy; her son Frank Hack, Jr.; her siblings, Billy, Cindy and Loraine; and her friend Calvin Scott.
She is survived by: her children, Jerry Lee Hack (Betty), Ronnie Lee Hack (Melissa), Glendal Earl Hack (Karen) and Loretta Murray (late Mike); and her sisters, Myrtle and Hazel Hack. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, twenty-eight great-grandchildren, five great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 26th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, September 27th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Dermitt Funeral Home (306 W Main St, Leitchfield, KY 42754). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
