It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy Carol Kiper of Leitchfield, Kentucky, born in Grayson, Kentucky, who passed away on August 30, 2024, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Ramsey and Cuba Waddlington Ramsey; her sister Glenda Brocato; and her sister-in-law Patty Ramsey. She is survived by: her husband Otis Kiper of Leitchfield; her children, Jennifer Milam (Matt) of Falls and Jeff Kiper (Rachel) of Leitchfield; her grandchildren, Kia Hayes (Dustin), Matte Stinson (Lucas), Annie Sanders (Layke), Coray Milam, Ella Kiper, Lucas Kiper and Josiah Milam; her great grandchild Collier Hayes; and her brothers, Mike Ramsey of Chalybeate and Glen Ramsey (Sharon) of Clarkson, KY..
