She was predeceased by: her parents, Blanford Haynes and Helen Armes Haynes; her husband Rondal "Hondo" Sebastian; and her siblings, Lucy, Annie, Mona Haynes, Clinton and Donald Haynes.
She is survived by: her children, Sherry Sebastian (Michael Moore) of Frankfort and James Sebastian (Diana) of Cub Run; her grandchildren, Morgan Moore and Jacob Sebastian; her brother Ralph Haynes of Hardinsburg; her nieces, Melissa Critchelow, Michelle Hammon and Rackel Fentress; and also Ralph Haynes, Jr..
