She was predeceased by: her parents, James Edward and Ruby Mae Watson Williams; her husband Donald Thompson; her son Billy Canales; and her siblings, Linda Overton, Velda Gardner, Jimmy Williams, Billy Williams and Ricky Williams.
She is survived by: her sons, Brian Thompson and Jerry Bristow; her brother Ronald Williams; and her daughter-in-law Melissa Dennison. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
