She was predeceased by: her parents, David Earl Duke and Ruth Ann Dewitt Mattingly; her son Christopher Wayne Rice; her grandson Christopher Blake Blanton; and her sister Sherry Pinkston.
She is survived by: her children, Candace Blanton (Steven) and Patrick Rice of Leitchfield; her siblings, Mary Dewitt (Kelly) of Cloverport, Cindy Blanton (William) of Leitchfield, Connie J. Mattingly of Leitchfield, Samantha Mattingly of Leitchfield, Robin Dupin of Leitchfield, David Bishop of Leitchfield, Harold Mattingly (Kristin) of Leitchfield, Andy Mattingly (Amy) of Leitchfield and Randy Mattingly (Olga) of New Mexico; her grandchildren, Alandreia, Steve and Sabrina Blanton; and her great grandchildren, Naudalynn and Jackson Arms. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Dermitt Funeral Home (306 W Main St, Leitchfield, KY 42754). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
