She is survived by: her mother Wilma Dean Shain Carwile of Leitchfield; her children, Terry Dewayne Embry of Leitchfield, Joshua Matthew Embry (Shelby Pollard) of Leitchfield and Amanda Childress (Patrick) of Leitchfield; her grandchildren, Kourtney Michelle Goff, Patera Lynn Embry, Roger Lewis Williams, Kayla Marie Girts, Hannah Elizabeth Girts, Jacob Matthew Embry, Zachary Allen Embry, Colten Lewis Embry, Natalie Rae Lin Embry, Penny Lynn Childress, Douglas James May, Jr., John Henry Mitchell II and Joshua Dewayne Eugene Mitchell; and her great grandchildren, Felicia, Michelle and Jayden.
