He is survived by: his wife Tammy Frogge Leonard; his children, Jessica Leonard Bandy, Amanda Pullen (T. J.), Jonathon Mercer (Ann), Brittany Leonard (James), Felisha Reed (Kaelin), Sarah McGee (Joseph), Lester Earl Leonard, Jr. (Whisper) and Kyle Leonard; and his brother David Leonard.
