He is survived by: his wife Rita Pendley McClure of Leitchfield; his children, Matthew Thomas McClure of Louisville, Rachael Ackermann of St. Louis, MO, Tara Haynes Lewis, Morgan Haynes and Dalton Haynes; and his grandchildren, Miles, Kailey McClure, Eli and Ruby Ackermann.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Dermitt Funeral Home (306 W Main St, Leitchfield, KY 42754). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
The family requests that expressions of sympathy may take the form of planting a tree in his honor, or donating to the American Heart Association.
