She was predeceased by: her parents, Neil Kennedy Sr. and Frances Coburn Kennedy; her son Dustin Raley; and her brothers, Phillip Anthony "Tony" Cartwright and Christopher Cartwright.
She is survived by: her children, David Raley III of Shepherdsville, Lacey Roof (Chris) of Leitchfield and Kacie Williams (Braxton) of Clarkson; her grandchildren, David Raley IV, Dakota Raley, Mileia Raley, Jacob Bryson, Adalyn Raley, June Roof, Jude Roof, Stealth Williams, Roman Williams, Shepherd Williams and London Williams; her siblings, Craig Cartwright (Gayle), Phyllis Elaine Cartwright and Neil Kennedy Jr. (Shirley); and her siblings-in-law, Doug Raley (Donna) and Teresa Crabtree (Michael). She is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Leitchfield.
