He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Edward Rafferty Jr. (Jennifer) of Robbins, GA, Christopher Scott Rafferty (Angela) of Leitchfield, Leslie Nicole Downs (David) of Leitchfield and Neveah Marie Rafferty of Leitchfield; his grandchildren, Christopher, Morgan, Andrew, Jack, Brandon, Charlie and Sarah; his great grandchildren, Warren, Britton, Bentley, Keaton, Macie, Addie and Kyra; and his sister Alice Kinney (Larry) of Louisville.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Dermitt Funeral Home (306 W Main St, Leitchfield, KY 42754). A memorial service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
