It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Julia Ann Duvall of Leitchfield, Kentucky, who passed away on March 18, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Poteet and Edith Hayes Poteet; and her siblings, Jack, Billie, Bobby Poteet, Naomi Vincent and Leona Snodgrass.
She is survived by: her husband Earnest Hack; her children, Rondal, Roger Duvall and Lavonda Large; her grandchildren, Jason Duvall, Stacey Large, Tyler Carroll and Crystal Bratcher; her great grandchildren, Jareese, Keon Reddick and Leyla Bratcher; and her siblings, Wendall Poteet and Carolyn Windstead. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Dermitt Funeral Home (306 W Main St, Leitchfield, KY 42755). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
