She is survived by: her husband Randall Pennington; her children, Stacie Clemons (Barron), Katrina Phillips and TJ Vincent; her stepchildren, Randy Pennington (Kim), Angela Portman and Jesse Pennington (Kacey); her grandchildren, Dylan Clemons (Kenzie), Logan Phillips, Jasper Lewis, Ashton Kelley, Nate Pennington, Abigail Pennington, Audree Pennington, Reese Pennington, Gracie Portman and Garrett Portman; her great grandchild Hendrix Clemons; and her siblings, Allen Chambers (Clara), Charles Chambers (Christina), Rita Meredith (Hank), Mary Ann Chambers, Linda Williams, Faye Pierce (Owen), Kathy Moutardier (Larry) and Syble Small.
