He was predeceased by: his siblings, Victoria Groce and Jesse Elmore. He is survived by: his wife Theresa; his children, Amanda Pullen (TJ) of Leitchfield, Brittany Leonard (James) of Leitchfield, Felisha Reed (Kaelin) of Leitchfield, Adam Hutchinson of Leitchfield, Mark Whitehead, II of Leitchfield and Jessica Anderson of Tennessee; his siblings, Garry Elmore of Greensburg, Marsha Underwood of Summersville, Boneva Johnson (Kihm) of Lexington, Rhonda Hudson of Indiana, Ricky Elmore, James Elmore of Burkesville, Regina Costello and Mary Lara of Scottsville; and his close friends, David Riley, Mike Pierce and Mike Crume. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
