He was predeceased by: his parents, Deolie Elmore and Oma Decker Elmore. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Stevenson Elmore; and his children, Patrick Elmore (Lisa) of Bowling Green, Jeff Elmore (Eugenia) of Caneyville, Barry Elmore (Priya) of Louisville and Sedenya Vigil (Stephen) of Leitchfield.
