She was predeceased by: her parents, John Thompson and Corine Childress Thompson; her former husband Charles Edward Ashley; her husband Lonnie Stone; her son Charles David Ashley; her grandson Joseph Perry Cottrell; and her sisters, Jewel Hornback and Jackie Mitchell.
She is survived by: her children, Janet Clark of Leitchfield, Dennis Ashley of Louisville, KY, Greg Ashley (Allie) of Leitchfield and Daryl Ashley (Ramona) of Upton, KY; and her stepsons, Lonnie of Leitchfield and Michael Stone of Leitchfield. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
