He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert England and Aline Burden England; and his brothers, Hobert England, Coy (Martha Lay), David (Audrey King) and Robert Duvall.
He is survived by: his wife Mamie Duvall England of Shrewsbury; his children, Michael England of Butler County, KY, Jeffrey England of Silver Hill, AL, Beverly Smith (Daniel Rich) of Clarkson, KY, Wendy Sanders (Bruce) of Anneta, Phillip England (Jill) of Shrewsbury and William England (Melinda) of Duff; his siblings, Joe England of Falls, Charlie England (Candy) of Falls, Kevin England of Chester, TX and Nellie Varing (Wayne) of Chester, TX; and his siblings-in-law, Norman Duvall of Fisherville, KY, Pat Duvall of Shrewsbury and Jane Clark (Bobby) of Leitchfield. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.
