He is survived by: his siblings, Patricia Logsdon (David), Debra Kennedy (Joe), Cathy Brown (John), Courtney Bandurske (Mark), Kimberly Cooper and Sandra England (Dwight); and his nieces and nephews, Scotty Hack (Tobie), Michael Kennedy, Christopher Kennedy, Kassie Decker Jonathan, Diana Hawkins (Keith), Karrie Rand, Anthony Powell, Alexandria England (Corey), Louren Snyder (Dylan), Davis Bailey (Courtney), Brandon Bowser (Laura), Amanda Bass (Cameron) and Megan Luedke (Jason). He is also survived by 25 great- nieces and nephews; and 2 great-great-nephews.
