It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debbie Marie Hack of Leitchfield, Kentucky, born in Louisville, Kentucky, who passed away on September 22, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Campbell and Kathleen Turner Campbell; her husband Hershell Hack; her brother Douglas Campbell; and her nephew Anthony Campbell.
She is survived by: her children, Chuck Tomes (MyLennia) of Leitchfield and Angela Geary (Steve) of Leitchfield; her grandchildren, Jared Tomes (Hannah) of Elizabethtown and Cortney Geary Johnny (Brandon); her great grandchildren, Laylynn, Miley, Mavery, Beckett, Lexi G., Hadley, Winston, Emma, Charley and Lexi F.; her siblings, David Campbell (Rose) of Leitchfield, Delaina Campbell of Caneyville, KY and Regina Bratcher of Caneyville, KY; and her caregiver Zella.
