He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edward and Lora Mae Turner Norris; his great grandchild Griffin Embry; and his brothers, Gerald Briggs and Daryl Patrick Norris.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Sue McClure Norris; his children, Jill Clemons (Rick), Susie Norris, Kelly Ann Tabor (Allen) and David Landis Norris (Lorie); his grandchildren, Amy, Amanda, Emily, Jared, Michael, Sean, Jordan, Megan, Taylor, Jakob, Kelsey, Sarah and Daniel; his great grandchildren, Solomon, Katarina, Scarlett, Magnolia, Landis, Jayant, Jude, Jackson, Jensen, Ezra, Elias, Iris, Raelyn, Vera, Davy, Emmie, Edie and Wren; and his sister Karen Marie Clanin (Lewis).
