She was predeceased by: her husband G. E. Winn; her parents, Earl Quisenberry and Virginia Quisenberry; and her grandson Oliver Winn. She is survived by: her children, Andrea VanMeter (Randy), Danny Winn (Tammie), Timmy Winn (Kristie), Kenny Winn (Teresa) and Brian Winn; her sister Paula; and her close friend Sally Potts. She is also survived by six grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren.
