He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack McNeil and Ester Elda McCoy; and his aunt Berta McCoy. He is survived by: his wife Sunita Daniel McNeil; his daughter Lillian LeVina McNeil; and his granddaughter Shonda Geary. He is also survived by one brother; two sisters; his wife.
