He was predeceased by: his father Curtis Thomas Hayse, Sr.; his brother Dylan Shane Fleener; his grandparents, Shirley, Janice Kinkade, Curtis and Dorothy Hayse; his uncles, Ted Kinkade and Robert Hayse; and his aunt Debbie Garner.
He is survived by: his mother Julie Kinkade; his children, Kal-El Shane Hayse, Kobain Lee Hayse and Kalix Thomas Hayse; his brother Matthew Hayse; his nieces, Allison, Maci and Stella Hayse; his nephew Konnor Hayse; and the mother of his children Amy Lyons. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles.
