He is survived by: his parents, Ronald Lee Howard of Big Clifty and Cindy Smith Howard (Tracy Embry) of Caneyville; his brother Corey Howard (Brooke) of Big Clifty; his nieces and nephews, Tylan, Weston and Chloe Howard; his grandmother Linda Smith of Big Clifty; his close friend Allison Dawson; and also Dawson. He is also survived by Several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
