He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Christine, Richard Simmons, Ora and Dessie Turner. He is survived by: his parents, Bobby Turner and Janice Simmons Turner; his significant other Carrie Simpson of Leitchfield; his children, Destinay Turner of Leitchfield and Trustin Turner (Taylor) of Caneyville, KY; his grandchildren, Levi Yeager, Holland Hack and Adler Turner; and also, Bobby and Janice Turner of Caneyville. He is also survived by Several aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Dermitt Funeral Home (306 W Main St, Leitchfield, KY 42754). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
