With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Homer Lindsey of Leitchfield, Kentucky, born in Grayson, Kentucky, who passed away on December 9, 2022 at the age of 77. He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Lindsey and Minnie Mae Hayes Lindsey; his wife Joyce Carnes Lindsey; and his sister Rita Burden. He is survived by: his children, Doyle Lindsey (Melissa) of Maryville, OH, Douglas Lindsey (Rebecca) of Caneyville, Dustin Lindsey (Beth) of Short Creek and Margie Stewart (David) of Rosine, KY; and his siblings, Perry Lindsey of Leitchfield, Andy Lindsey of Caneyville and Mary Lou Johnson (Rollie) of Leitchfield. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren.
