He was predeceased by: his parents, Shelton Scott and Ruby West Scott; and his siblings, Linda Scott Frank, Nell Scott, Bobby, Wilbur and Charles Scott.
He is survived by: his grandson Scotty Hack (Tobi) of Leitchfield; his siblings, Carroll Scott (Ruby) of Leitchfield, Kenny Scott of Leitchfield and Mildred Scott Frank (Ronald) of Leitchfield; and his friend Nora Hack of Leitchfield. He is also survived by Several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
