He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Newton and Sarah Saltsman Newton; his son Tracy Adam Newton; and his niece Susie Saltsman. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Decker Newton of Blowtown; his son Stacy Lynn Newton; and his sisters, Linda Decker (Delbert) and Shirley Decker (Bennie). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
