He is survived by: his wife Samantha Combs of Caneyville; his children, Dustin Cummings (Carmella) of Caneyville and Felicia Clinard (Justin) of Caneyville; his stepchildren, Austin (Chasity), Megan and Ayden of Caneyville; his grandchildren, MaKinzie, Hannah, Rebecca, Ayden, Waylon and Raylan; his stepgrandchildren, Rowdy and Nevaeh; and his sister Tammy Daugherty (Mike) of Caneyville.
