He is survived by: his father Roy Lee Foreman; his wife Tammy Parks Foreman of Leitchfield; his daughters, Kayla Webb of Elizabethtown and Ashley Franklin of Leitchfield; his granddaughters, Kylie Dudgeon and Serena Hazelwood; his brothers, Wavie Lee Foreman (Rachel) of Beaver Dam, David Foreman (Heather) of Caneyville and James Foreman (Andrea) of Hardinsburg; his nieces and nephews, Ava, Ellie, Kayla, Benjamin, Dominic, Stephen, Lois and Sarah Grace; and his close friends, Scott and Grayson Payton.
