He is survived by: his wife Shi Whitman of Leitchfield; his sons, Chase Whitman (Tiffany) of Radcliff and Khade Whitman of Leitchfield; his parents, Pat Carby of Leitchfield and Melvin Whitman (Dana) of Elizabethtown; his siblings, Chad Whitman (Melissa) of Bowling Green and Caressa King (Levi) of Leitchfield; his niece Ava; his nephews, Justin, Trevor, Chevy, Gunner and Creed; his in-laws, Leandra, Tasha, Calvin and Jullian; his special buds, Luther, David and Nik; and also, Levi and Carson. He is also survived by Several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
