She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace Mercer and Ima Blair Mercer; her sons, Jeffery, Wesley and Troy Vincent; and her siblings, Wavie Mercer, Luvena McCombs and Lillian Spicer.
She is survived by: her children, Ronnie Vincent, Warren Vincent of McDaniels, Patricia Phelps (Lester) of Clarkson, Michelle Armstrong of Glendale, Laura Sims (Bruce) of Leitchfield, Michael Vincent of Leitchfield and Tammy Cox (Wayne) of Cecilia; her siblings, Ray Mercer of Clarkson, Russell Mercer of Leitchfield, Louise Belcher of Virginia and Linda Baxter of Clarkson; and her friend Jerry Vincent. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and twenty-one great-grandchildren.
