He was predeceased by: his mother Wilma Cable Powell; and his wife Shirl Ann Powell. He is survived by: his father Glenville Powell (Stanton); and his sisters, Kathy Watkins, Jackie Shuler (Walt) and Patty Baker (Scott). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Wells Funeral Home (777 W College Ave, Stanton, KY 40380). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
