He is survived by: his spouse Arvy Alingog Davis of Meadowbrook Drive; his parents, Billy Davis and Mary Lou Hartzell Davis of Leeco, Kentucky.; his sisters, Karen Barnard of Anderson and Kerri Fee Phillips (Skip) of Lily, Kentucky; his stepchildren, Ken De Guzman of Stanton and Klein De Guzman of Batangas, Philippines; his nephews, Jacob Barnard, Stephen Barnard, David Barnard and Joshua Fee; and his niece Kate Fee. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
