C.) of Campton, KY.; his children, Melinda Bush, Barbara Castle (Larry) of Campton, KY, Amber Mason (Matthew) and Denzil Matthew Bush of Menifee County, KY; his stepson Kenneth Dale Bush (Amanda) of Campton, KY; his siblings, Jeannie Baker (Robert) of Jackson, KY and Bill Moore (Amy) of Rogers, KY; and his aunt Barbara Hounshell.
