He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Crase Shockey of Lee City, Kentucky; his son Billy J. "B. J." Shockey (Yolanda) of Ezel, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Hayden Shockey and Koda Shockey; and his siblings, Donald Shockey of Lee City, Kentucky, David "Buzz" Shockey of Lee City, Kentucky, Patricia "Cookie" Pargen of Mt. Sterling and Sandra Kay Meade of Huntington.
