She was predeceased by: her husband Joe A. Garner Sr.; her parents, Robert Douglas and Ruth Gayle (Ryan); and her grandson Kenneth Ritchie. She is survived by: her children, Joe Garner Jr. of Paducah and Cindy Ritchie of Ledbetter; her grandson Roger Ritchie of Ledbetter; and her great grandchildren, Gunner Ritchie, Marcus Ritchie and Alana Watson.
