She was predeceased by: her parents, James William Blair, Sr. and Hazel Mae Wiggins Blair; and her siblings, Carolyn Barnhart, James William Blair, Jr., Donnie Ray Blair and Donnie Lee Blair.
She is survived by: her husband Danny L. Avery; her sons, Daniel L. Avery (Kerry) of Ledbetter and Matthew Avery of Paducah, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Hannah Avery, Westin Avery, Ethan Avery, Mason Avery and Elizabeth Avery; and her siblings, Brenda Wright, Rosie Vaughn (Jimmy), Wanda Myers (Wayne), Jo Ann Wring (Chuck) and Gary Blair, Sr. (Carolyn). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
