It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James R. Lovan of Ledbetter, Kentucky, born in Paducah, Kentucky, who passed away on November 23, 2020, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold R. Lovan and Mary Lucille Lovan (Wolf); and his brother Tommy Lovan. He is survived by: his wife Colleen Lovan (Burgen); his sons, Seth and Scott; his pet Ryder; his sisters, Dianne VerPorter (John) of Battle Creek, MI. and Trina L. Lovan of Paducah; his parents-in-law, Arthur and Sandra Burgen; and his sisters-in-law, Valerie Beals (Dennis) of Paducah and Cheryl Tilley (Eric) of Paducah. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
