He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Ogle and Minnie Johnson Ogle; and his sister Xzan Hilberath. He is survived by: his wife Donna Ogle; his children, Robin Livesay (Chuck) of Ledbetter, Rochelle George (Thomas) of Salem, KY and Richard Ogle (Julie) of Jackson, MO; his sister Judy Byrum of Corona, California; and his nephew Mark Byrum. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
