She was predeceased by: her parents, James W. Burgess and Agnes Louise Burgess (Thomasson); and her sisters, Joyce Ann Cole, Wanda Jean Wilbourn and Judy Carolyn Henderson.
She is survived by: her husband Robert C. Brown of Ledbetter; her children, James Robert Brown (Gina L.) of Marion, KY, Crystal Gail Warren (Jason) of Paducah and Dana Michelle Brown Thomas of Ledbetter; her sister Sandra Eggleston of Paducah; her grandchildren, Jalyn Warren, Bailey Hahn, Jerod Warren, Tyler Jones, Briley Brown, Aaliyah Jones and Bowen Travis; and her great grandchildren, Anna Jones and Kline Hahn. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
