It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Gene Swain of Ledbetter, Kentucky, who passed away on August 28, 2020, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Loren Swain and Dorothy Swain (Tucker). He is survived by: his wife Debbie Swain of Ledbetter; his sons, Andrew Townsend Swain of Ledbetter and Aaron David Swain of Ledbetter; his siblings, Tommy Swain (Joyce) of Ledbetter, Owen Swain (Cindy) of Tampa, FL and Lisa Rocamontes (Rock) of Lone Oak; his sister-in-law Vickie Robinson of Ledbetter; and his grandson Drew Swain. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

We appreciate your help in maintaining state mandated Covid-19 restrictions. This includes wearing a mask and maintaining the minimum of 6 feet distancing within our facility at all times.
